1. The service

FitToKB provides free, browser-based tools to compress, resize and convert images. All processing happens on your device. The service is provided at no cost, with no account required.

2. Acceptable use

Use FitToKB for lawful purposes and only with images you have the right to process. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the service.

3. No warranty on compliance

We work hard to keep photo and document specifications accurate, but requirements differ between authorities and change over time. FitToKB is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The compliance checker is a helpful guide, not a guarantee of acceptance. Always verify the final file against the official requirements of the organisation you are submitting to.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitToKB and its operator are not liable for any loss, rejected application, data loss or damage arising from use of the tools. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual property

The FitToKB name, design and code are owned by their operator. Your images and output files remain entirely yours; we claim no rights to them.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
